This might be a little mallow-dramatic but this summer favorite is s'more better with waffles! My kids and I had a blast making s'mores today with these stroopwafels from @fingerlickingdutch. The addition of that little layer of caramel makes these absolutely next level. I'm also a bit of a chochoholic so I Always use a good Belgium chocolate in my s'mores. Waffles from Holland + chocolate from Belgium = an epic s'mores experience

Ingredients
- 2 Finger Licking Dutch Stroopwafels
- 4 Regular Marshmallows
- 1 Small piece of chocolate of your choice
Instructions
- Take two Finger Licking Dutch stroopwafels and place them side-by-side on a piece of aluminum foil. Place 4 regular size marshmallows on top of one stroopwafel, add one piece of chocolate of your choice on top of the marshmallows. Wrap the entire smore in aluminum foil, and place it in the oven or grill for 5-10 minutes or until completely melted inside. Next remove the foil, place on a plate and its ready to serve!

- 1 Cup AP Flour
- ½ Cup Dutch Process Cocoa
- 1 Teaspoon Baking Powder
- ½ Teaspoon Baking Soda
- 1 Teaspoon Salt
- 3 Large Ripe Bananas
- ¼ Cup Plain Yogurt
- ¼ Cup Unsalted butter, melted and slightly cooled
- ⅓ Cup Avocado or Peanut oil
- ½ Cup Brown Sugar
- 1 Large Egg, at room temperature
- ¼ Cup White Sugar
- 1 Teaspoon Pure Vanilla Extract
- 1 Cup Dark Mini Chocolate Chips
- 4 Finger Licking Dutch Stroopwafels for the topping!
